                                                          TENDER NOTICE

Chuka University invites tenders from eligible and interested firms for the following tenders: -

Interested eligible candidates may download tender documents free of charge from Chuka University website; http//www.chuka.ac.ke or Kenya Government tenders portal tenders.go.ke

Eligible candidates for Provision of Security Services tender number CU/OPNT/65/2020-2021 must have the following among other mandatory requirements:

1. Certificate of Registration from Private Security Regulatory Authority

2. Certificate of Security Training issued by Private Security Regulatory Authority

3. Certificate of Registration for persons performing executive functions in respect of the Private Security Companies

There will be a MANDATORY pre-tender site visit for Tender Number CU/OPNT/64/2020-2021 for the provision of Cleaning Services on ………26th April 2021…………………….

Completed Tender Documents in plain sealed envelope indicating the “TENDER NUMBER AND NAME” without identifying the sender should be addressed to:

                                                       P.O.BOX 109-60400,

                                                        CHUKA               

and placed in the Tender Box at the Chuka University Vice- Chancellor’s office ON OR BEFORE ………3rd May, 2021 at 12:00 Noon.

Opening of bids will take place immediately thereafter at Chuka University Conference hall in the presence of bidders /their representatives who may choose to attend. 

Bidders must serialize all pages of the bid documents and indicate the total number of pages before submission failure to which shall lead to disqualification
